solutios-showcase-metal-recovery-picConsulting company contacted our T-Chem team with the request to build a commercial plant to dry wet soot filter cake and subsequently calcine the dry material in one continuous process train to achieve Vanadium and Nickel concentrate at the end of the process. The intention was to create product, applying the most efficient and environmental sound technology. Our technical staff performed series of lab and bench-scale studies with simulated processing regimes to determine which one could be used for optimizing the commercial plant design for processing waste soot material. During the testing the quality of the gas was tested in order to suggest the best available air pollution control equipment. Product material was tested to see what the material consist of in order to be sold on the market.
